About Letaba
Letaba ("river of sand") Rest Camp on a sweeping bend of the Letaba River is home to the famous Elephant Hall museum — the only museum in any Kruger camp — displaying the tusks of the six "Magnificent Seven" tuskers. Massive sycamore figs and Natal mahoganies shade the camp while elephant herds, buffalo, and waterbuck frequent the sandy riverbed below. The birding from the camp terrace is outstanding.
